The project is a unique mixed-use development consisting of sustainable hotels and urban residential communities on water floating platforms. A Joint initiative of Brova Idea and Sunborn International Group, this project applies a legacy of reliable maritime construction and technology to create new types of floating, movable, and durable platforms on which entirely customizable structures can be built. Such projects may include hotels, residential complexes, resorts, or commercial components. The building concept takes advantage of controlled, competitive and effective construction environment in UAE and enables for exporting globally. This particular concept has been designed to be transported from UAE to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in the City of Lagos, Nigeria.
